Living Free Pelvic Floor Therapy and Wellness, LLC was founded by occupational therapist Allison DeMaria, OTR/L, a pelvic floor specialist serving women throughout New Hampshire. With a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies and a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Springfield College, Allison brings more than 15 years of clinical experience across inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, assisted and independent living communities, and home care.  She now focuses her expertise on pelvic floor therapy, informed occupational therapy services and helping women address pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, bowel dysfunction, diastasis recti, core weakness, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and return-to-activity concerns.  Allison has completed advanced continuing education in pelvic floor therapy, dry needling, holistic wellness, and Reiki. Her postgraduate training includes specialied pelvic floor coursework with OT pioneers Lindsey Vestal and Restore Your Core, Lauren Ohayon. This equips her to provide evidence-based pelvic health rehabilitation combined with mind-body awareness and functional movement retraining.  At Living Free Pelvic Floor Therapy and Wellness, clients receive one-on-one individualized pelvic floor therapy sessions designed to restore strength, coordination, and confidence in daily life. Allison's whole-person approach integrates manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, breathwork, core stabilization, lifestyle modification, and nervouse system support to promote lasting results. Inspired by her own experience as a pelvic floor therapy patient, Allison understands firsthand how transformative specialized occupational therapy can be for women navigating postpartum changes, perimenopause, chronic pelvic pain, or core dysfunction. Her mission is to provide compassionate, comprehensive pelvic care so women can feel strong, supported, and at home in their bodies. Through personalized treatment plans and integrative pelvic floor rehabilitation, Allison empowers women to improve bladder control, reduce pain, enhance core stability, and return to the activities they love with confidence. Allison believes every person deserves a life rich in purpose, joy, and possibility. She is honored to walk alongside women on their journey toward improved pelvic health and overall wellbeing.
